Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pkr277 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the pkr277 platform, including all sports betting services, casino games, slot games, live dealer tables, promotional offerings, and any other features made available through pkr277.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use pkr277, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr277 enforces strict age verification and will request documentary proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have previously been excluded from pkr277 through a self-exclusion request or suspended for a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one account on pkr277. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. pkr277 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr277 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pkr277 of unauthorised access.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your pkr277 account.
• You must enable SMS two-factor authentication where available on your registered Pakistani mobile number.
• You must notify pkr277 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not access pkr277 using automated scripts, bots, or any non-human means.

pkr277 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Deposits & Payment Methods

pkr277 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at pkr277's discretion.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. pkr277 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit made from a third-party source.

• Minimum deposit: As displayed on the deposit page at time of transaction; subject to change.
• Processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to two hours during business days.
• Currency: All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. USDT deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at time of deposit.
• Fees: pkr277 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside pkr277's control.

pkr277 conducts anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits. You agree to cooperate fully with any request for documentation related to the source of funds deposited into your pkr277 account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction and delay of withdrawals.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pkr277 account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. pkr277 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the identity and age verification process (21+ confirmed).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available cleared balance.
• Withdrawal to a payment method not registered in your own name will not be processed.

• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• pkr277 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error that resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at specific points during each event. Bets placed after the relevant cut-off point will be void.
• For cricket markets: if a match is abandoned, reduced, or replayed, settlement rules specific to the affected competition format will apply. These are published in the Cricket Betting Rules supplement available via the Cricket section of pkr277.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change.
• pkr277 reserves the right to limit the bet amounts accepted from any individual user at its sole discretion.

All disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event result being posted. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on pkr277 are supplied by third-party certified game providers. Each game operates on a random number generation (RNG) system independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games operate via professionally managed studio environments with physical dealing under monitored conditions.

All content on the pkr277 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game assets, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the property of pkr277 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pkr277 solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform's betting and gaming services. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pkr277 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any pkr277 content.
• Use pkr277 branding, trademarks, or logos in any commercial context or for any purpose other than identifying pkr277 as the platform you use.

Limitation of Liability

• You are under 21 years of age.

• A regulatory, legal, or licensing authority has directed pkr277 to take action on your account.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, pkr277 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including deposits and winnings, where such forfeiture is proportionate to and directly related to the nature of the breach.

In the event of any conflict between the laws of that jurisdiction and the laws of the user's country of residence, the governing jurisdiction's laws shall take precedence to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and pkr277 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact pkr277 customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes are resolved efficiently at this stage without escalation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents pkr277 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent damage arising from a user's breach of these Terms.
